Commonly used: Aluminium coil 1100, 1050, 3003, 3105, 5005, 5052 etc.

This specification covers aluminum and aluminum alloy flat sheet, coiled sheet, and plate in the alloys
Alloy and temper designations are in accordance with ANSI H35.1.

General Quality:
Unless otherwise specified, the material shall be supplied in the mill finish and shall be uniform as defined by the requirements of this specification and shall be commercially sound. Any requirement not covered is subject to negotiation between producer and purchaser.

Aluminium Tread Plate/Sheet, several pattern available, like 5 bars both 90 degree or 135 degree, 3 bars, 2 bars, 1 bar, and diamond or compass patters.

Normal Adopted alloy: 1100, 3003, 5052 etc

Thickness: Base metal from 1.0~4.5mm

Bar height control within 0.8~1.2mm, and package with paper interleaved to protect the surface

Each sheet and plate shall be examined to determine conformance to this specification with respect to general quality and identification marking. On approval of the purchaser, however, the producer may use a system of statistical quality control for such examinations.

Aluminium coating coil PE and PVDF for roof, ceiling, ACP usage

Thickness: 0.02~6.0mm Width: maximum 2500mm

Coating: PE, PVDF accordingly to RAL code

Coating thickness: PE ≥ 18mic; PVDF ≥ 25mic; premier ≥ 5mic

Gloss: 10~90% (EN ISO-2813: 1994)

Application: ACP, roof, ceiling, wall cladding, facades, canopies, signboards, blind window, display platforms, electrical panels, etc.
